Things sure have changed quickly. New crop Dec 24 futures broke through “support” at 82 cents and have continued the downfall. Dec 24 has declined over 5 cents in the last 12 trading days–

Old crop prices (May and July futures) have lost some luster, but still stand around 95 cents—down from the near $1.00 level of just a couple of weeks ago. So old crop has given back about a nickel since the peak.

Prices have finally broken to the upside and now stand within the previous 83-89 cents renge we has for months prior to the most recent setback to mostly 74-82 cents.
